Content: | This item is a copy of a propaganda news bulletin in Japanese produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. Allied air raids on the Japanese mainland, the imminent landing of the Allied Forces on Japan and tension among Japan's political figures are reported in the bulletin. Quoting a Finnish radio report, it describes the clashes between the Japanese authorities and 10,000 rioters in Tokyo which led to 400 deaths. The predominance of the Allies in Borneo, Burma and China is also mentioned. |
