Content: | This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) interrogation report for 1st Class Private JA147459 of the 68th Independent Field Anti-aircraft Battalion 2nd Company, who was captured in Hollandia on 22 April 1944. JA147459, a 24 year old 1st Class Private from Ibaraki Prefecture, was captured unarmed when US forces landed in the Hollandia area on 22 April 1944. During the interrogation, he provided information on Allied air raids near Hollandia between February and April 1944. |
