Content: This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication captured on Cebu on 11 October 1944 during the US campaign to recapture the Philippines. This item is a training reference on motor torpedo boat combat tactics, depth charge dropping and torpedo firing, issued by 11th Motor Torpedo Boat Squadron between September 1943 and February 1944. It was held by Motor Torpedo Boat Commanding Officer YAMADA. It contains a data table for dropping depth-charges, charts showing chain of command and duties of personnel during combat, a chart on torpedo combat regulations, rules for gun engagement, a chart illustrating attack manoeuvres, communications regulations and a data chart for fire plan using Type 91 Torpedoes.
