Content: | This item is a Japanese translation of the order of the 11th Division regarding communication facilities. Direct communication between the Japanese camps in Rabaul and the Imperial Headquarters in Tokyo was not permitted. The production of batteries at the Kagamihara Camp was approved. Attached diagrams illustrate the structure of communication networks between the 11th Division and the Japanese camps, and amongst the Japanese camps. |
