| Content: | This item is a photocopy of a postal savings book issued to MATSUDA Torazô. The front cover contains columns for account number, the agency responsible for the original register, remarks, address and name. The back cover shows a list of instructions in Japanese and Korean. The savings book was issued by the Keijô [Seoul] Savings Management Office. The unit name written in the address space indicates KATÔ belonged to the Baba Unit of the 26th Unit. The rest of the savings book consists of columns for transaction records. The transactions occurred between 30 June and 14 December 1942. This item was captured at Afua. |
