Content: | This item is a Japanese-language propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office during the Second World War. An English translation is not attached. This leaflet states that Tokyo was bombed severely on 23 and 26 May 1945 by B-29 Bombers and greatly damaged. Other cities on the mainland were bombed as well. Severe battles were fought in Okinawa and Japanese troops were defeated. Taiwan was also attacked by the Allies, and in Europe, German senior military officers were arrested and the Japanese Ambassador was detained. |
