| Content: | This item is a Japanese-language propaganda news bulletin produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office. An English translation of the text is attached. It is dated on 2 May 1945. This issue reports the suicide of Hitler, the uprising of Italian partisans against Germany, the situation on Okinawa, the landing of Australian troops on Tarakan and the opening of the conference for world peace. 60,000 of them were printed. 30,000 of these leaflets were dispatched to Lae on 7 May 1945, and 29,000 to Torokina on 7 May 1945. |
