Content: This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication captured at Finschhafen during the Japanese retreat across the Finisterre Ranges. This item is an extract of the Civilian Mobilization Law (1941) regarding the power of the Japanese authorities to mobilise warships, merchant ships, communications, fuel, electricity and other wartime materiel. This item also contains an extract of the Air Defence Law (1936) regarding the rules and regulations governing aircraft and air travel, such as marking, crew and inspections.
