Content: | This item is a pictorial propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office during the Second World War. The leaflet which is dated on 1 January 1944 includes six pictures depicting the Nikkô Chûzenji temple covered with snow, the capture of Satelberg and Wareo by the Allied Forces, the bombing of Hong Kong, the destruction of Tarawa and the life of Allied soldiers. Each picture is accompanied by a brief caption in Japanese. 150, 000 of them were printed. |
