Content: | This consists of administrative documents describing requests made by the Hiroshima prefectural government in relation to the UN Administrative Agreement. Matters discussed include the maintenance cost of roads and ports used by UN forces, construction of sand banks for the Toishigawa River, environmental destruction due to training programs of UN forces, unfavourable impact to local agriculture by military facilities and training of UN forces, compensation for the reduction of fishing areas, damage to agricultural production, and compensation and relief for unfavourable impact on the financial affairs of the Kure Municipal Council. |
