Content: | This item is a copy of the revised guidelines for educational programs at Japanese camps in Rabaul. It discusses objectives of educational programs at camps, responsibilities assumed by supervising staff at each camp, compilation of textbooks, and ethics and values to be emphasised in moral education. Compulsory subjects include physical education, propriety and military discipline, civil education, education for self-sufficiency, natural sciences and mathematics. Some vocational subjects were also offered as electives. |
