|Content:||This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication captured at Finschhafen in October 1943 after the fall of Lae and the Japanese retreat across the Finisterre Ranges. This item is a combat ordnance service manual published by the Army Ordnance School in August 1939, and later revised in April 1941. This document sets out the rules and regulations governing the combat ordnance service, including the utilisation of captured enemy materiel, the location of supply dumps, and the over-requisitioning and wasteful use of ammunition.|
