Content: This is an Allied Translator and Interpreter Section (ATIS) translation of a Japanese publication captured at Borgen Bay on 26 December 1943 during the Allied campaign to capture New Britain. This item is a pamphlet containing instructions and methods of rapid unloading of transports and the use of submarines under threat from superior air power. It also contains a supplement on the unloading plans for Sado Maru at Guadalcanal on 23 August 1942.
