Content: This item is part of a compilation of reports and analyses of battles titled "Lessons from the battlefield". It was issued on 1 Nov 1944 by the Southern Area Army to the 10th Division of the 14th Area Army. It contains sections discussing the essentials of training prior to facing the enemy, on defeat and the view of certain victory, and aspects of military technology and battle strategy.
